Zara is a Kurd women worker, who lost Both her national ID card and birth Certificate, she goes to an civil Registry office to records them and gets them once more time, because she needs them for an employment application, but the employee tells her that you have lost your fingerprints, and it needs to give your hands a break for a couple of weeks, but as far as her employment application has a tight deadline she can’t wait that much, she tries to find a solution and she talks to the employee to give her another chance, finally the employee tells her to wash her hands very well to try it once more time, Zara finds a birth Certificate of another lady In the bathroom, which it’s photo is look like Zara’s face so that Zara put them in to her purse ,at the end Zara talks to the head manager of the civil Registry office, she becomes hopeless, she feels dilemma about the birth Certificate which she already found them in the bathroom, but she decides to give it back and leaves civil Registry office.
