Sidik and the Panther

Sidik has been looking for a snow leopard in the mountains of Kurdistan in northern Iraq for 25 years. There were once many leopards here. Sidik believes that if they return, his people and homeland will survive. If he can film one of the magical beings, the region will be declared a national park and the bombs will never fall again. Sidik has still not found his leopard but he refuses to give up hope.

The poetic film by director Reber Dosky tells a story of hope, pride and the possibility of healing in a rarely seen land of amazing beauty.
